WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
Gift cards can be purchased in all innisfree Singapore stores and on the My innisfree Rewards app.
HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY GIFT CARD ONLINE?
You may activate your gift card on the My innisfree Rewards app by following the steps below: - Select the ‘Register Card’ button from the ‘Gift Card’ menu
- Enter gift card serial number and digital PIN number Note : Gift cards must be activated prior to usage.
HOW CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD?
Gift cards can be used for payment only in innisfree Singapore stores. Only innisfree members are eligible to make payments with their gift cards via the My innisfree Rewards app after gift card is activated. To make payment, simply tap the ‘Pay’ button and hold your phone under the scanner.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY PHYSICAL GIFT CARD?
Gift cards will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
You are encouraged to activate your physical gift card on the My innisfree Rewards app as soon as you purchase or receive it.
HOW DO I SEND AN E-GIFT CARD?
You can purchase and send e-gift cards to your friends who are also innisfree members via the My innisfree Rewards app. Simply choose a card design and the amount you wish to send and complete the transaction using a credit card. A verification code to activate the e-gift card will be sent to your friend via SMS, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp Messenger.
HOW DO I RECEIVE AN E-GIFT CARD?
A verification code will be sent to you via SMS, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp Messenger. You will have to input the code in the My innisfree Rewards app to enjoy the e-gift card.
DO I GET ANY BENEFITS FOR USING THE E-GIFT CARD?
No membership points will be accumulated for payment using the Launch Special gift cards. The gift card must be used to make payment in order for the respective purchase amount to be counted towards the My innisfree Rewards programme and be eligible for points accumulation. The value of the gift card (used and unused) is not valid for membership points.

I’VE LOST MY GIFT CARD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
